Can I cancel an order?

If you order a product, then change your mind, no problem. Send us and email at admin@limelockstore.com and we'll help you the best we can.


Can I change my delivery address?

 If you've ordered a product and realize you've entered the wrong address or you decide you want the order to be delivered to another address, send an email to admin@limelockstore.com and we'll be happy to help.

Delivery

How can I track my order?

When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from admin@limelockstore.com with your tracking number included in it. Once you have your tracking number visit our Order Tracking page here.

What if I’m not at home to accept my delivery?

As we use multiple couriers, unfortunately we cannot advise what to do with each one if you aren't home to accept the delivery. However, we're more than happy to help if you contact us at admin@limelockstore.com. 

How long does delivery take at Limelock?

Delivery time is dependent on the product. Items come directly from our supplier so they can take up to 20 Business days to arrive. This is to ensure we can pass our savings directly onto you. Visit our Order Tacking page here to found out how you can track your order.

Returns

How do I return an item bought online that I don’t want?

If you place an order with Limelock, decide you have changed your mind and want to return your item, contact us at admin@limelockstore.com.

Do I have to pay for my returns?

If returning an item, there will be a charge to ship the item back to us.

What happens if an item is damaged or faulty? 

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please get in contact with us in order for us to rectify the fault and replace your item.
